The 60-year-old plaintiff alleged that she slipped and fell on melted ice on the dance floor while dancing the “Electric Slide” at a holiday party at our client’s restaurant. After deliberating for approximately three hours, the jury returned a unanimous defense verdict, finding that any negligence on the part of the restaurant was not a proximate cause of the accident.
