We are pleased to announce that James M. Brown, Esq., has joined Abrams Gorelick. Mr. Brown joins the Construction Law, General Liability, and Products Liability groups.

Mr. Brown has extensive experience in the construction law field, focusing on the application of New York’s Labor Law as it applies to owners, general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors. Mr. Brown has further defended numerous building owners, retail establishments, and service providers in matters regarding premises liability.

Mr. Brown has experience working in the areas of insurance coverage, alternative dispute resolution and mediation, having mediated numerous cases on behalf of the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Brown clerked for the Hon. Daryl F. Todd, Sr., JSC, of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Cape May County. He is a graduate of Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York (B.A. 2005) with a degree in newspaper journalism and history. He obtained his law degree in 2008 from Boston College Law School in Newton, Massachusetts.
