Mr. Deliyannis has more than 30 years’ experience in the defense of personal injury, property damage, construction defect, product liability, consumer fraud, discrimination and subrogation claims from intake through trial and appeal in the courts of New York and New Jersey.

His responsibilities include initial investigation, case analysis, budget preparation, reporting and conferring with the client and insurance carrier with respect to facts, caselaw, exposure and resolution strategy.

As a seasoned litigator, Mr. Deliyannis conducts and oversees investigations, interviews witnesses, undertakes fact and expert discovery, and engages in motion practice relating to discovery issues, summary judgment and trial motions.

He participates in all types of Court appearances and settlement conferences, private mediations and principal-toprincipal negotiations with plaintiff(s) and codefendant(s).
