Olivia Mao

Olivia Mao is an Associate at the firm, where her practice focuses on defending auto and premises liability cases. This includes investigating claims, collaborating with claims professionals, drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses to discovery demands and motions. Olivia regularly appears in court for discovery conferences and oral arguments of motions in the New York state courts throughout the five boroughs of New York City, Westchester County, Nassau County, as well as in New Jersey courts. She earned her B.A. in History with a minor in Economics from the College of William & Mary and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
