Mr. Olsen’s practice is focused on defense litigation in automobile, New York Labor Law construction litigation, premises liability and product liability cases. He is also experienced in litigating sexual abuse cases in New York brought under the Child Victims Act and cases involving 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 claims and claims of harassment, hostile workplace and retaliation.

He is involved with every phase of litigation including conducting statutory hearings, drafting pleadings, motions, resolving
discovery issues, arguing motions in court, taking and defending depositions, trial preparation, mediation, trials and appeals. Many of Mr. Olsen’s cases are brought in federal court involving jurisdictional questions and choice of law issues.
