Mr. Burton focuses his practice on defending motor vehicle liability, premises liability and discrimination claim liability cases. He also has experience in real estate litigation, working on commercial and residential lease disputes, co-op and condo disputes and Human Rights Law cases. Mr. Burton handles all phase of litigation including case intake, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement discussions.
Prior to joining Abrams, Gorelick, Friedman & Jacobson, Mr. Burton was an associate at a real estate law firm in New York City and, before that role, he was an agent assistant with a boutique professional basketball agency. Outside of the office, he is an avid sports fan, movie-goer and writer.
