Mr. Gunsher has handled the defense of personal injury actions involving motor vehicles and trip- slip-and-fall accidents. He has handled inter-company arbitrations and uninsured/underinsured matters, including petitions to stay arbitration.
Mr. Gunsher specializes in the handling of no-fault matters, with an emphasis on defense of insurance companies in both court and arbitration. He researches and provides opinions on no-fault coverage issues and lectures at seminars on New York’s no-fault law and its ramifications when either an automobile accident occurs to a New York resident outside the state of New York, or when an accident occurs inside the state of New York to a driver that has an out-of-state insurance policy.
