Mr. Brown’s practice focuses on construction law, premises liability, product liability defense, and insurance coverage. Mr. Brown has experience in alternative dispute resolution and mediation, having mediated numerous cases on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Mr. Brown has extensive experience in the construction law field, focusing on the application of New York’s Labor Law as it applies to owners, general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors. His articles regarding construction law have been published in the Defense Research Institute’s for For the Defense magazine. Mr. Brown has further defended numerous building owners, retail establishments, and service providers in matters regarding premises liability. In addition, Mr. Brown works with the firm’s partners in defending actions brought under 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 and claims of harassment, hostile workplace and retaliation.
Prior to joining the firm, was a clerk to the Hon. Daryl F. Todd, Sr. in New Jersey Superior Court.
