Atasia Richardson

Ms. Richardson is a graduate of Cornell University and received her J.D. and MBA from Pace University. She is a member of the New York and New Jersey state and federal bars. She handles motor vehicle accident defense, transportation, products liability, New York Labor Law, professional liability and premises liability matters for the firm’s clients. Ms. Richardson works with the firm’s partners in defending 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 claims and claims of harassment, hostile workplace and retaliation. As a result, she prepares pleadings, motions, conducts statutory hearings and depositions, appears in person and remotely at court conferences and mediations and negotiates settlements. Ms. Richardson has been a member of Abrams, Gorelick’s NYCHA team. since 2022.
Ms. Richardson, a life-long resident of Manhattan, has participated as a mentor in career day activities at her high school alma mater, the Institute for Collaborative Education. She is a member of the litigation committee at the New York City Bar Association.
