Altea Di Stefano is an associate attorney practicing on general and commercial liability and insurance coverage matters. She represents insurance companies and policyholders in all aspects of the claims process, from case assignment to settlement and/or trial. In this capacity, Ms. Di Stefano defends actions involving first and third-party insurance coverage, premises and products liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction and labor law, and asbestos.
Ms. Di Stefano graduated in law from the University of Parma, in Italy. She was the recipient of the Erasmus scholarship in 2016 and the Over World scholarship in 2018. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Di Stefano moved to New York where she pursued the LL.M. at Fordham University School of Law.
