Altea Di Stefano is an associate attorney and represents major insurers and policyholders, employers, i.e., business owners, general contractors, subcontractors and manufacturers in mass torts, labor law, coverage matters as well as declaratory judgment actions. She advises clients in all aspects of litigation, from case assignment to settlement and/or trial. Altea successfully briefed and argued summary judgment motions on several cases securing a victory for our firm’s clients.

Altea obtained a law degree with honors at the University of Parma, in Italy. She was the recipient of the Erasmus scholarship in 2016 and the Over World scholarship in 2018. Upon graduation from law school, Altea moved to New York where she pursued the LL.M. at Fordham University School of Law.

Ms. Di Stefano serves as an Officer with the Columbian Lawyers Association of the First Judicial Department, an Italian American Bar Association.
