Rachel  Bob, Associate

Rachel Bob concentrates her practice in the area of insurance coverage and insurance defense litigation. Her clients benefit from Rachel's experience in-house and as outside counsel to a variety of companies and agencies. She is skilled in negotiating resolutions cost-effectively and takes the initiative to improve the process to successfully represent the client's interests.

Before joining the firm, Rachel practiced with a national law firm and was an agency attorney at the New York City Department of Education. Prior to that, she was in-house counsel at a major carrier managing national professional liability claims, including lawyers' professional liability, employment practices, directors and officers, and errors and omissions claims and litigation.

In addition to her substantial experience and background in-house, Rachel has worked at law firms as an associate in New York and Washington, D.C. She handled insurance coverage and defense of matters such as general liability, products liability, property damage, personal injury, premises liability, public accommodation, labor law, medical malpractice and negligence actions. Rachel served as a law clerk for a year in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Maryland and clerked for the Court of Special Appeals, Maryland.
