Dennis J. Monaco, Partner

Mr. Monaco is a litigation specialist handling complex personal injury cases involving toxic substances, defective consumer products, motor vehicle, transportation and other negligence claims. Mr. Monaco has tried numerous cases to verdict on behalf of AGF&J's clients. He also has argued several successful appeals in the Appellate Division, First Department and the Appellate Term.

Mr. Monaco graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University in 1997, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He attended Brooklyn Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2000.

Notable Cases
· Injuries possibly severe, but not shown to have causal link to auto accident; plaintiff failed to meet serious injury threshold and Court grants defendants summary judgment
· Summary judgment for defendants where injuries were not causally related to accident
· Court untangles liability in four-car collision case; summary judgment granted to operator of car number three
